The surgery (15th of October)

Like any dog Elkie had to face a very daunting day her first surgery, she wasn't happy she nearly jumped of the tables at the vets. Finn was straight to the rescue after her surgery walking into the vets and  asking , '' wheres my dog'' but Elkie unfortunately has to have a lampshade round her head.I wonder how long that will stay on for (not very long if you ask me!)

Lucky enough she only has to keep it on for a few days so she doesn't eat her stitches. As soon as she was home she flopped onto the sofa and went straight to sleep with Finn acting as her doctor.
